Returning is our Youth Fundraiser Dinner, with this year's dinner being Mexican themed! All proceeds will support youth and families for our residentials throughout the year. Please join us at the large hall at St Andrew's church, with a minimum donation of £5pp. If you can't come, but are happy to support, please feel free to donate regardless, any amount would be a huge help in our youth's fundraising efforts. For more details and to sign up, click here.

Men's walk
10th May 2025
On 10th May men at St Andrew's and St Bart's are invited to join us on a walk round Haresfield Beacon. You can either meet at St Andrew's at 9 am and share lifts, or meet us at the Edgemoor Inn on the road to Pitchcombe at 0930 where we still start and finish the walk. We expect to be back to the pub by 1230, so people can finish with a pub lunch if they want, but it's not obligatory! Please sign up here to let us know you are coming. This will be a great opportunity to bring a friend along, so please join us and invite someone!

Bingo and Burritos Night with Youth for Christ Gloucestershire
Saturday 10th May at The Pavilion, Hatherley Road, Cheltenham from 7:30pm – 9:30pm
This is no ordinary bingo night! Come and join us for an evening of fun with extra challenges throughout the game and delicious burritos. Don't worry if you have never played bingo before, you don't need to know the difference between "Legs eleven" and "Danny La Rue". It most certainly won't be boring! Beside the burritos, there will be drinks to buy throughout the evening. We will be raising funds to support young people through our schools based ministry. Tickets are £8 per person. https://buytickets.at/youthforchristgloucestershire/1606809

Giving at St Andrew's and St Bartholomew's
Generous giving is an integral part of Christian discipleship. The apostle Paul says that giving is a primary responsibility for Christians: 'But since you excel in everything – in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you – see that you also excel in this grace of giving. 2 Cor 8:7. For more information on how to give and where your money goes please download our giving flyer here.
Please click here to make a one-off donation or set up a direct debit.

Pastoral Care
As part of our Christian community, we provide mutual support for one another. Much of this happens informally with friends within the church and through the connect groups. However, sometimes people will require more personal support and encouragement either as a 'one-off chat' or on a more ongoing basis. We have a pastoral care team who can provide this type of care. Please contact Nigel Roe (Team Leader) on 07780 994827 or Rosi White on 07426 357967.

Green Tips
Could you get into composting? This is a great way of getting rid of your veg peelings, garden waste, coffee grounds, paper and card. Remember good compost has both a mix of green (such as peelings) and brown (such as paper) waste. For more info https://www.gloucestershirewildlifetrust.co.uk/actions/how-compost-your-waste.
